SHIPPING POLICY
We our located in Las Vegas, Nevada and ship everything through USPS. Once your order has been received it will be prepared and we will contact you when your item is ready to be shipped. Once we have shipped the item, please allow 7-10 business days for the item to arrive.
If a box or other item is ever damaged during shipping, please contact us so we can work to fix the problem.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We aim to satisfy our customers and hope that you will always be happy with your product. At this time all sales are final. If you would like to exchange your unused box for another of equal value, you can do so within 7 days, but the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling costs.
For any customized boxes or items, all sales are final.
